MassKara City is a planned area in the Reclamation Area of Bacolod City. The area will be home to the MassKara Festival with shops, restaurants and other activities year round that will feature Bacolod's heritage and culture.
MassKara City will be a 5-hectare permanent site for the festival.
The Reclamation Area is seen as a new investment area in Bacolod with the Baywalk, an additional SM wing, and a new hotel all opening within the next couple of years.
How to Get There
MassKara City will be located near the Pope John Paul II Tower near SM City Bacolod. To get there, take any jeepney and ask the driver to let you off at SM, then keep walking straight when you get off the jeep. Likely, when the development is finished, more jeepneys will go past the area and it'll be easy to find.
